Did you know that it is actually written in Texas law that our company must conduct towing operations with honesty, trustworthiness, and integrity? It is! It can be found in the Texas Administrative Code, 86.711. In fact, this applies to all tow companies in Texas. Unfortunately, not all tow companies abide by this. Lets face it, no one is pleased to have their means of transportation impounded. It is very frustrating and disappointing to discover that your vehicle has been impounded, because you were parked illegally. We understand that this unexpected expense and unwanted change of events is not pleasant. That’s why we handle each customer with respect, compassion and professionalism. We understand that you are entrusting us to represent your parking facility, often times when the leasing office or place of business is closed and you are not available. Our company realizes that having 100% transparency with your tow service provider is an invaluable attribute. With that being said, there are a lot of towing software options in today's market. We had your needs in mind, when we chose a very efficient software that streamlines all of your needs in a few clicks! We were the first company in the Austin area to actively use this particular software and have worked closely with their IT team to personally customize it to streamline all of our clients’ unique needs. Our chosen software offers so much, there is just too much to list here! An example would be the convenience of being electronically notified after a tow has occurred from your parking facility. Tired of not receiving photos of tows? Well, not any longer! Photos are instantly uploaded and sent to you after each tow. Our tow trucks are equipped with a GPS tracking system that reports to the software. This means that clients may view when a tow truck has enter their property. No more blindly trusting that your tow company is serving your property. As a client, you will have access to a direct phone line and e-mail account that will connect you with a member of our management team 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! No more leaving messages with a dispatcher and waiting days before your voicemail is answered! Here at G & G Impounding we understand that communication is key. We want you to feel confident that you have chosen the right towing company and that your parking facility towing needs are being met, per your specific requirements. We are so confident that you will be satisfied with our transparent approach that we do not hold you to a contract with lengthy terms & strict cancellation polices. We offer a written agreement, in which, you may cancel at anytime and for any reason with no questions asked.

We understand that damage to vehicles is a real concern and rightfully so! Many companies, unfortunately, do not take simple precautions to ensure that vehicles are treated with care. That's why we use "self loaders", meaning the only part of the vehicle our tow truck touches is its rubber tires. We train our drivers to use safe methods of vehicle removal, to ensure that your residents, guests and/or patrons will not have to deal with the bad news of vehicle damage, on top of being impounded! We absolutely demand that our drivers use the necessary legal procedures while towing vehicles. This means that they always use tow straps, tow chains, tow lights and when necessary they use dollies to ensure that everything is done per the requirements set forth by TDLR and the City of Austin.
